Coronavirus Response [3/19/2020]

Worship Stream

To our Grace Family,

In these days of tumult and confusion, we remain confident in the goodness of God and his ability to meet our needs in any and every situation.

We continue to closely and prayerfully monitor the COVID-19 situation and the new guidelines given out by the CDC, the White House and our local health department. Our session and staff met this week and want to give you the following update:

As of today, all of our ministry programming will be online until the end of the month in order to comply with state and county guidelines.

However, we feel like it is vitally important that we stay connected to God, our faith and to each other.

To this end, we are going to launch new ways of staying connected to regular worship:

We will be streaming worship beginning this Sunday at 10:30am with a pared-down team of people leading us through the service with music, prayer and preaching. Just click on the [VIDEO (YouTube)] button on our website.

Services are archived and available to view (video) via the website under the resources>sermons tab.

We have willing and able people to help those who may need assistance setting up that technology to stream in their homes. Please let us know if you are in need of this service.

We also want to begin to create space for daily connection, encouragement and community.

We are empowering Grace groups to meet virtually as well. Contact your Grace group leader for a schedule and instructions. If you would like to join a Grace group email Pastor Daniel.

Beginning Monday, March 23rd, we will stream a noonday prayer service hosted by a pastor each weekday from 12 to 12:30. You will be able to access that stream at wearegracesac.org.

Previously planned meetings including All About GraceProfessing Your Faith, Mercy Ministry Training & The Missions Task Force will all meet virtually at their previously planned times. Contact Pastor Brad with questions or if you do not receive an invitation in your email.

If you would like a pastoral visit OR If you are quarantined and have a need that we can help meet, like grocery shopping or running an errand, please let us know.

We also want to know how we can meet needs in the greater community; with the people you are connected to, and their needs. How can we speak to their fears? (Feel free to share your ideas with us and to share links to our services with them)

We encourage you to be faithful in your giving as you are able so that our church can continue to provide services for our people. You can give online or visit our website for instructions on mailing a gift. Please watch for more email and/or video updates in the days to come.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” - Psalm 46:1

Grace to you,

- Brad & Daniel
